Good team, pretty welcoming and helpful in particular throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a great offer. The receptionist is awesome, is familiar with great locations to visit for travelers.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were available at every hours. The beds ended up comfortable and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Very awesome hotel and good area. Surely will advise Best Western Premier Hotel an der Wasserburg!
